Discovery Session

We meet with the individual and, if relevant, their manager or HR partner to clarify role expectations, successes, and challenges.

Tailored Coaching Plan

Using our lived-experience insight, we design 4–6 coaching sessions focused on strategy, real-world scenarios, tools, and goal-setting.

1:1 Sessions

Delivered by specialist coaches who personally understand neurodiversity. Sessions range from 1 to 1.5 hours and include tasks, reflection, and on-the-job role play.

We share progress reports (confidential) and optional employer briefings—so teams stay informed and aligned.
