Changing How Inclusion Happens

At Calling All Minds, we believe inclusion begins one conversation at a time.

Behind every label — ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or any hidden difference — there's a person with potential waiting to be recognised, understood, and supported. We exist to make that happen.

Our work is about turning understanding into action — connecting people with specialist 1-to-1 coaching that helps them thrive, and linking that coaching to real organisational change through the AXS Passport.

Transformative workplace coaching session

Coaching That Changes More Than Lives

When someone works with one of our coaches, they're not just getting tools to cope — they're discovering how they work best. Our sessions help people find their voice, build strategies, and develop confidence in environments that may never have been designed with them in mind.

But what makes our model unique is what happens next. The insights from coaching don't end in the room — they're captured and made actionable through the AXS Passport, our secure digital tool that translates personal adjustments into organisational understanding.

It means that the learning from one person's journey can ripple out to benefit a whole workplace, university, or community. That's the power of inclusion that grows.

Four Pathways, One Purpose

Our mission is to make support accessible to everyone who needs it — wherever they are. We do this through four interconnected pathways, all leading back to our CAM 1-to-1 Coaching Hub.

1.

DSA / University Pathway

We work with students funded through the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) to deliver non-medical helper coaching that builds confidence and academic independence — while helping universities understand how to better support neurodivergent learners.

2.

Access to Work Pathway

We help employees and employers access specialist coaching through the UK's Access to Work scheme, turning workplace adjustments into long-term inclusion strategies that actually work.

3.

Business-to-Consumer (Direct) Pathway

Not everyone fits into existing systems. That's why individuals and families can come directly to us for coaching and mentoring — accessing the same expertise privately, wherever they are in the world.

4.

Inclusion Academy

Our Inclusion Academy gives parents and young people the knowledge, tools, and confidence to understand neurodiversity early on. It bridges the gap between education, wellbeing, and employment — making inclusion a skill, not a struggle.

All four pathways feed into the same goal: connecting people with life-changing coaching and closing the loop through the AXS Passport — so insight leads to action, and inclusion becomes visible.

An Ecosystem Built on Experience

What makes Calling All Minds different is who we are. Our coaches bring both professional training and lived experience — people who understand neurodiversity, disability, and mental health because they've lived it themselves.

We know what it's like to navigate systems that weren't built for difference, and we're determined to change that from the inside out.

Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and anti-racist — because inclusion must be intersectional. We recognise that identity, race, and culture all shape how people experience access, opportunity, and belonging.

We don't just talk about inclusion — we build it, person by person.

Why Our Work Matters

The world is full of talented people who are excluded not because of their ability, but because of the barriers around them. We're here to remove those barriers — through coaching, technology, and community.

Every coaching journey

helps someone thrive

Every AXS Passport

helps an organisation see differently

Every conversation

moves the world closer to inclusion

That's what makes Calling All Minds more than a service — it's a movement.

Our Impact

We don't just talk about inclusion — we build it.

Every coaching journey

helps a person thrive.

Every AXS Passport

turns learning into structural change.

Every partnership

moves a community closer to equity.

"Inclusion isn't a checklist — it's a culture we create together."
