About
Calling All Minds

Rooted in lived experience. Driven by evidence.

Calling All Minds exists to make inclusion work in the real world.

We are a team of people with lived experience of disability, neurodivergence, and mental health conditions, working alongside experienced practitioners, consultants, and strategists. That combination matters. It means our work is grounded in everyday reality and informed by evidence, law, policy, and best practice.

We do not design inclusion from the outside. We build it with the people it is meant to serve.

Inclusion across the full system

Most organisations approach inclusion in fragments. Individual support sits in one place, organisational strategy in another, and technology somewhere else entirely.

We work across the full system and make sure those parts connect.

Our work spans one-to-one coaching, mentoring, and assessments, alongside organisational consultancy, leadership advice, and culture change. We help organisations move beyond siloed support towards joined-up, scalable approaches that are both strategic and human.

This is how inclusion becomes sustainable rather than reactive.

Technology designed around real people

We have built technology that reflects how people actually experience work, education, and digital environments.

The AXS Passport is designed with and for people who navigate barriers every day. It provides a clear, secure way to capture individual needs and translate them into practical, reasonable adjustments that organisations can act on.

Its conversational design, controlled sharing, and intelligent workflows make the process safer and more effective for everyone involved. We use AI to support human decision-making, not replace it. The result is better matching of adjustments, clearer oversight, and insight that leaders can use to improve systems.

Alongside this, the AXS Toolbar gives individuals practical tools to reduce cognitive load and engage with digital content more comfortably and consistently.

Beyond box-ticking

We are not here to deliver one-off workshops or help organisations do the minimum.

Our focus is long-term impact. That might mean supporting a single student or employee, or it might mean working with an institution to redesign how adjustments, support, and inclusion are embedded across the organisation.

Either way, the goal is the same: environments where inclusion is not an add-on, but part of how things are designed and run.

Care and clarity, without compromise

We hold ourselves to a high standard of care.

That means communication that respects the individual, strategies that acknowledge complexity, and solutions that are clear and actionable. Inclusion without care is hollow. Care without clarity does not scale.

We bring both, because people deserve support that is thoughtful, effective, and built to last.
