Beyond work, she’s a proud mum to two fabulous kids and a lifelong student of health and wholeness. She’s recently qualified as a Sauna Master (yes, that’s a thing!) and is diving into studies in herbalism and nutrition — always exploring how we can live and work with more care, balance, and vitality.
